As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your account and maintaining strong security standards across our platform, we have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all user accounts, effective August 15, 2026.
This additional security measure helps protect your account against unauthorized access by requiring a verification code each time you log in.
How Two-Factor Authentication Works
When you log in to the NeoCurrency platform: Enter your username and password as usual. A 6-digit verification code will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your user profile. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification screen to complete your login.
No authenticator application or additional software is required.
Important: If you do not receive your verification code, please check your spam or junk folder. We do not support personal email account addresses like @gmail.com, @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com. You must have access to the email account listed as your account name. If you are still unable to receive the code or access your account, please contact us for assistance.
This enhancement has been implemented as a proactive security precaution to provide an additional layer of protection for all users and further reduce the risk of unauthorized account access.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue to strengthen the security of the NeoCurrency platform.
